Rained this morning, slept late.  10:15 am most of folks staying here congregated for breakfast. Wonderful group of young people.

Yehudah slept for 5 hrs, I slept maybe for 6.  

This morning we will wander around Stone Town, then come back to sleep before the evening.  Very tired.  This is the final night of BUSARA, which means another late night.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Okay, we are back for a rest.  We walked along the beach, went into more buildings, searched out some famous old buildings, found a shop with a gorgeous bathrobe and a beautiful jeweled-top purple top from a lovely Muslim woman, designer quality for a reasonable price.  She was delightful and we took a photo together.

Bought a bathrobe and a top from this wonderful woman!

Lunch was peanut butter and banana sandwiches with jack fruit and a freshly squeezed cane sugar drink off the streets - we are hoping for the best.  We have been relatively healthy throughout East Africa stomach wise, much better than Central America.

BUSARA should finish by midnight.......
